When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your personal details current should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 5w40 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users agree not to use the 5w40 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, hacking, or misuse of platform systems. Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system, exploit technical errors, or use automated software to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All financial transactions on the 5w40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the value of transactions in MYR before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform from time to time, including online banking transfers and local digital wallets. 5w40 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account at any time if:
In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited as damages. For all other cases, any valid balance will be refunded once the review process is complete. Users who are dissatisfied with the closure decision may submit an appeal via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.
The 5w40 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be free from viruses. To the extent permitted by law, 5w40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
All content on the 5w40 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 5w40 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5w40.
The platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. 5w40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
5w40 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
